Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via BOX NOW automated parcel lockers.

At checkout, customers can select their preferred BOX NOW Locker location for parcel collection.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive an SMS and/or email notification from BOX NOW with tracking details and a collection PIN.

Delivery Times

* Cyprus: approximately 1-2 working day from shipment

* Greece: approximately 2-5 working days from shipment

Delivery times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to courier delays.

Parcel Collection

BOX NOW Lockers are available 24/7.

Parcels remain available for collection for at least 24 hours after delivery to the locker. Customers may have the option to extend the collection time through the BOX NOW platform, subject to BOX NOW availability and policies.

If a parcel is not collected within the allowed timeframe, it may be returned to us.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including phone number and email address, as these are required for BOX NOW notifications and parcel collection.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Customers will receive tracking updates directly from BOX NOW once the parcel has been dispatched.
